IPRS Health are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our fast paced Customer Service team. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, displays an excellent telephone manner, hardworking and a real interest in Customer Service.
You will be dealing with inbound & outbound calls alongside general administration tasks. Within this role you will receive training from our in-house physiotherapy team on our bespoke triage model. This training will enhance your skills and allow you the opportunity to assist patients on their road to recovery.
