IPRS Group are looking for a confident and motivated HR Administrator to join our HR team, located in beautiful barn conversions in Little Blakenham.
As HR Generalists, variety is the order of the day and the successful candidate is guaranteed to get involved in a wide range of specialist areas. Your main job duties include assisting with:
The HR team at IPRS Group are responsible for 170 employees nationwide. The team consists of an HR Officer and HR Assistant who have built up the department over the last 3 years. This is therefore a great opportunity for the right person to have an input into and be a part of its future development.
The HR team will support, develop and provide training throughout your employment. This will be in the form of regular reviews, observing team members and one-to-one training.

Although the successful candidate will be required to work 22.5 hours per week (must be a minimum of 4 days per week and one of those days must be a Monday), IPRS Group are able to provide flexibility regarding the hours worked within the week.
It is desirable that you have a minimum of 1-years administration experience as well as experience of working within an HR department.
