Client Relationship Manager< Back

Location: Home based with occasional travel to Head Office (Ipswich, Suffolk) and national UK travel for client visits

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (plus allowance or company car)

Job Type: Permanent 

Hours: 40 hours per week

IPRS Health are one of the UKs leading providers of Rehabilitation and Well-being services to the Corporate, Insurance and PMI Market. Our services include award winning Mental Health and Physiotherapy services.

As a Client Relationship Manager your responsibilities include:

  • Using your knowledge and understanding of Mental Health and Physiotherapy services to ensure our services meet client expectations and achieve their strategic goals.
  • Establishing, maintaining and enhancing the relationship with clients and key stakeholders
  • Confidently deliver client service review meetings and service/product presentations both remotely and face to face
  • Being available, responsive and confident with managing and handling client queries
  • Support clients with your excellent problem-solving skills
  • Inter-department working to develop, enhance and implement new and innovative services.
  • Excellent presentation skills both in creating and delivery
  • Forecasting, reviewing and monitoring financial performance of key accounts
  • Being driven and confident to cross-sell and upsell new solutions to complement existing services

The Client Relations team are responsible for the entire existing client portfolio. Our clients are from 3 markets: Corporate, Insurance and PMI. We deliver services to 25 different business sectors. It would be expected that candidates understand a broad range of sectors such as Utilities, Councils, Blue light, Public and Insurance sector.

Although the successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week, IPRS Health are able to provide flexibility regarding the hours worked within the week.

It is a mandatory requirement that you have a minimum 3 years experience within Account Management/Client Relations within the Rehabilitation and Well-being market understanding how services are delivered to the Corporate, Insurance and PMI sectors.
