IPRS Health are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service team. We are looking for an individual who is friendly, displays an excellent telephone manner, hardworking and a real interest in Customer Service.
You will be dealing with inbound & outbound calls alongside general administration tasks. Within this role you will receive training from our in-house physiotherapy team on our bespoke triage model. This training will enhance your skills and allow you the opportunity to assist patients on their road to recovery.
