IPRS Health are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team, located in Little Blakenham, on the outskirts of Ipswich, just 2 minutes off the A14.
As part of this role you will be working within the Insurance team, where you will be supporting a specialist service within our organisation. You will be dealing with inbound & outbound calls alongside general administration tasks.
On successful completion of your probation, you will receive training from our in-house physiotherapy team on our bespoke triage model. This training will enhance your skills and allow you the opportunity to assist patients on their road to recovery.
