Customer Service Advisor< Back

Salary: £16,286 - £19,086 per annum (pro-rata for part time hours)

Hours: Full and part time opportunities available. 40 hours per week for full time roles; minimum 20 hours per week for part time roles. Hours available Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm and Saturday 8am - 1pm

IPRS Health are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly Customer Service team. We are looking for a hardworking individual who displays an excellent telephone manner and a real interest in Customer Service.

In this role, you will be dealing with inbound & outbound calls alongside general administration tasks.  

On successful completion of your probation, you will receive training from our in-house physiotherapy team on our bespoke triage model. This training will enhance your skills and allow you the opportunity to assist patients on their road to recovery.
