Location: Fareham & Petersfield
Hours: Full time (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day)
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
IPRS Health have an exciting full time job opportunity working as an Ergonomic Specialist for a new role within the business in the South of the UK (split between 2 areas, Fareham & Petersfield). This is a wonderful chance to help design and own a role while working very closely with other members of the IPRS Health team and especially to be fully embedded within the client. We invite Physiotherapists, Allied Health Professionals and Ergonomic Specialists to apply. This is a full time role and the ability to drive is highly beneficial as the role does split between 2 sites.

This role will provide the successful candidate with an excellent opportunity to provide first class Ergonomic and Workplace services to a client split over 2 sites near the South coast. The ideal candidate will have ergonomic experience and have completed CPD courses or above, with good amounts of experience delivering assessments and recommending changes within a workplace or to working practices. The role is designed to spend 80% of the time on the shop floor, engaging with staff, assessing, educating, empowering, altering, designing and so forth.
The successful applicant will have a strong drive for continued professional development, a keen interest in evidence-based practice and be comfortable delivering presentations to groups, management as well as on a one-to-one basis. They will have the opportunity to liaise with some of our fantastic existing clinicians throughout the business to further develop a rounded skill set.
If successful, you will be required to provide consent for a DBS check to be carried out.
