IPRS Health have an exciting job opportunity for a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our innovative and growing physiotherapy service based from our office in Dagenham. This role requires the candidate to be flexible, dynamic and innovative, striving to make service improvements to our onsite services. The role will involve a combination of managing a broad mix of musculoskeletal patient caseload within a large car manufacturing company, along with managing a small team of Physiotherapists across 3 sites positioned near each other. The main clinic base for this role will be in our occupational health centre in Dagenham.
A candidate will a full UK driver licence and car would be preferable, although not essential.
This role is offered on a full or part time basis, with the flexibility of choosing which days you work.
Applicants must have a formal qualification in Physiotherapy, have HCPC registration and a minimum of 1 years post graduate experience.
This role will provide the successful candidate with an excellent opportunity to provide first class Physiotherapy services to a wide variety of patients within a clinic setting. As an IPRS Health Physiotherapist, we will provide you with a wide range of skills which will add more variety to your day compared to a typical MSK physiotherapy practice. The successful applicant will have a strong drive for continued professional development and a keen interest in evidence based practice. They will have the opportunity to work with some of our fantastic existing clinicians throughout the business to further develop a rounded skill set within musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
IPRS Health value quality over quantity, therefore 60 minutes are allocated for initial assessments and 30 minutes for follow up appointments as standard.
We are looking for a candidate who wants a diverse physiotherapy role mixing clinical appointments, completing workplace assessments and developing and managing health promotions to the workforce.
The successful applicant will be working in an occupational health department for a major car manufacturing company. The successful applicant will be working as the only physiotherapist on the site alongside OH Nurses and a Physician, and therefore must be competent to working alone in clinic whilst being remotely supported by a experienced Physiotherapy Site Manager. The clinician will also be supported by their clinical lead and have access to a clinical advice line (supported by clinicians with a minimum band 7 level experience).
