IPRS Health are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our fast paced Customer Service team, based at our Head Office in Little Blakenham on the outskirts of Ipswich.
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for leading, motivating and coaching you team, providing them with ongoing continuous support. You will ensure the department meets strict KPI's and provides a high level of service to our insurance clients. This role will also include recruitment and performance management of the team as required.
We are looking for an individual who is flexible, organised and hardworking with a real interest in improving Customer Service within our call centre environment. The successful applicant must be able to self-manage, prioritise tasks and motivate a team. Previous experience within the Insurance Industry would be beneficial.
