The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy have put together this short video to help you manage your recovery. The key message is that rest on its own is unlikely to help you move forward and so it is important to balance it with gradually increasing activity.
It is also important to speak to your GP if you feel like your energy levels are not recovering and if activity is making your symptoms worse. It may be that you need to be assessed for Post-Viral Fatigue Syndrome (PVFS).
