Following a Mental Health Assessment with a CBT Therapist, if the patient's condition allows them to be treated virtually their first session is booked in and they are sent a link to download the IPRS Health app through which they are able to contact their CBT therapist. The patient is provided with all the necessary tools to aid their recovery as they would if they were vising a therapist and they are able to get in touch with their therapist at any time using the IPRS Health app Instant Messaging function. The patient can even report back PHQ-9 and GAD-7 results back to their therapist by completing a quick questionnaire within the app to allow the therapist to monitor their condition.
