Martyn is responsible for the overall philosophy and direction of the IPRS Group. He is a supporter of the team ethic and to cascading the principles of elite sport into a commercial environment.
Martyn is a highly successful and experienced business director, who has constantly delivered within a complex and highly competitive UK, European and world-wide, healthcare service sector.
Diane joined IPRS in January 2001, and after 12 years as Finance & HR Manager she was promoted to the position of Commercial Director in March 2013 and in 2016 commenced her position of Group Chief Operating Officer.
Diane has over 30 years experience working within Finance teams and in senior management roles. Having gained invaluable experience through her hands on approach, she has helped to grow and develop the IPRS business operations and has been influential in improvements to Company processes and procedures. Both as a member of the Senior Management team, and in her role as COO, Diane uses her skills, experience and knowledge to oversee the business operation of the IPRS Group.
Marc commenced employment with IPRS Health in February 2010. As Managing Director he is responsible for overall employee engagement, business strategy, growth, service delivery, product innovation and governance of all IPRS Health's clinical services. Along with heading up the Marketing, Client Relations and Business Development Teams, who all adopt a consultative approach when working with clients, Marc maintains a portfolio of clients himself.
Prior to becoming Managing Director in July 2018, he worked as Commercial Director and previously Interim Head of Business Development and Head of Clinical Services at the organisation.
Marc is a member of the Institute of Directors, Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Institute of Occupational Safety & Health, and Health & Care Professions Council.

Mark commenced employment with IPRS Group in February 2018.
Mark qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a top 10 firm in Ipswich spending 10 years in their audit team. Over the last 10 years, he has been involved in various commercial roles covering construction, retail, business intelligence and academic publishing, including a FTSE 100 plc company.
Emily has worked for IPRS since 2007 in a number of different roles, both in sales support and operations. As Emily has progressed through the company she has gained an excellent knowledge and understanding of our customers, services and business processes, which has made her transition from Operations Manager to Head of Operations through to her current role of Head of Client Service Delivery a natural development.
As Head of Client Service Delivery Emily's focus is on managing new client implementation and integration into the business, ongoing client performance, development of new projects for existing clients and project management of IT Development and ongoing support to the business. She works alongside other members of the Senior Management Team, to ensure the successful management of day to day service delivery to all clients.
Joe commenced employment with IPRS Health in 2012. Prior to being Head of Operations, he was Clinical Operations Manager and Clinical Lead of Triage Services.
Joe is a Chartered Physiotherapist who previously specialised in Scoliosis and postural pain during which time he researched and presented the topic throughout the UK and Internationally. At IPRS Health, Joe is responsible for managing both the Central Operations Contact Centre and our Clinical Operations Teams comprising of IPRS Health’s Triage Services, Workplaces Services and In-House Physiotherapy clinics.
Joe is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics and Health & Care Professions Council.
