Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a technique you can learn becoming more aware of what’s around you both in your mind and nearby surroundings. We have developed a programme designed to teach mindfulness techniques to employees through a BABCP accredited CBT therapist. Our course is designed for employees to provide skills and tools by combining psychoeducation and skills-based programmes.

What the workshop contains

Our mindfulness course provides an insight to stress, its affects short term versus long term, and understanding the vicious stress cycle. We share with delegates helpful mindfulness exercises for stress and thoughts and teach things we can do to help ourselves stay healthy. The course also looks at the importance of a healthy diet and exercise and how this is associated with mental health.

The course aims to help employees:

  • become more self-aware of their thoughts and surroundings
  • feel calmer and less stressed
  • deal with difficult & challenging thoughts
  • feel more able to choose how to respond to their thoughts and feelings
  • treat themselves with more respect.

How is the training delivered?

The course is delivered face-to-face or virtually through a combination of group discussion, presentation and debate by a BABCP accredited CBT Therapist.

Our mindfulness workshops can be delivered over a 1 Day or as part of a 4 Week Programmes.
