We have developed a programme designed to teach mindfulness techniques to employees through a BABCP accredited CBT therapist. Our course is designed for employees to provide skills and tools by combining psychoeducation and skills-based programmes.
Our mindfulness course provides an insight to stress, its affects short term versus long term, and understanding the vicious stress cycle. We share with delegates helpful mindfulness exercises for stress and thoughts and teach things we can do to help ourselves stay healthy. The course also looks at the importance of a healthy diet and exercise and how this is associated with mental health.
