Manual Handling is often an essential training for the workplace but the evidence for its effectiveness is rather poor. Our Manual Handling training is driven by the latest evidence from the world of health and safety, biomechanics, physiotherapy, and psychology.

How is the course delivered?

The course can be delivered face-to-face or virtually over 2 hours, half a day or a full day. The course can be designed to your companies needs and will always include a pre-course site visit so the trainer can understand the needs of your employees and their job demands fully before delivery.
