Wellbeing Mental Health Screening

IPRS Health can provide either a drop-in or pre-booked appointment service. The service involves a brief discussion, administration of some common mental health questionnaires and feedback to the employee to ensure they maintain healthy mental wellbeing habits.

Building Resilience

The ‘Building Resilience’ programme is driven by the latest in evidence based practice from both the world of musculoskeletal pain and injury as well as mental health. The programme is unique in that it attempts to link the negative effects of poor mental health on our physical health and vice versa.

The course is delivered face to face through a combination of group discussion, presentation and debate. The programme content is designed to challenge its participants to think in a different way about their health and of course to improve how they can become more physically and psychologically resilient.

The course is split into the following sections:

  • Movement Variability
  • Graded Exposure
  • Pain education
  • Psychological Flexibility
  • Thought Challenges

Designed for employees to provide skills and tools by combining psychoeducation and skills based programmes. Provides an insight to stress, its affects short term versus long term, and understanding the vicious stress cycle. Mindfulness exercises for stress and thoughts. 1 Day Workshop

A workshop designed to help build awareness of mental health in the workplace. Informs candidates of the most recent research, findings, issues and ways to improve and manage mental health in the workplace. We can tailor the delivery of this workshop to suit the delegates whether they be senior managers or front line staff.

Mental Health First Aid

2 Day Accredited Course
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a training course which teaches candidates how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue. MHFA won’t teach candidates to be a therapist, but it will teach candidates to listen, reassure and respond, even in a crisis – and even potentially stop a crisis from happening (

For patients with no significant clinical mental health concerns, we have developed effective and reliable mental health guidance and web-based support materials to assist their wellbeing. This allows patients to view and interact with education and information relating to mental health, nutrition, fitness and wellbeing.
